Our customer renovated their bathroom and needed a new custom shower enclosure. They had a unique situation with a shower centered between the toilet and the sink. They decided to design the shower with a very open feel by having 3 sides enclosed with glass, and the high ceilings really accentuated that. The layout centered the door on the front side, and the two side half walls were open for glass on top. The frameless enclosure not only shows off the custom tile work but is a unique focal point to the bathroom as well. We used 3/8″ clear tempered glass for the door, and 1/2″ clear tempered glass for the stationary panels. The customer opted for low iron “ultra clear” glass and Shower Guard coating, and the oil rubbed bronze hardware adds a nice touch matching the rustic wood beam décor of the bathroom.
