What The Customer Wanted:
A customer needed a unique, custom-cut 1/4″ glass table top pattern fabricated.
What We Did:
- We set an appointment and went to the customer’s location to make a pattern
template of their table top. - We traced the pattern template onto the stock sheet of 1/4″ clear plate
glass. - We free-hand scribed the entire pattern using a diamond cutting tool and cut
the glass precisely to the template pattern. - The entire piece was then polished using an ultra-fine grit belt sander for
a smooth finished edge. - The finished product was then delivered and installed.
