Our customer renovated their bathroom and needed a new custom shower enclosure. They chose to go with a frameless enclosure to show off the custom tile work. They had a unique situation with the bench and half wall which required a double notch custom piece of stationary glass. We spent a lot of time templating to get the panels to fit just right. We also had to custom cut a groove into the bench and half wall sills to accept the glass. We used 3/8″ clear tempered glass for the door, and 1/2″ clear tempered glass for the stationary panels. The customer opted for low iron “ultra clear” glass and Shower Guard coating manufactured into the glass which minimizes long term build up of water spotting and staining. And the satin brass hardware is a nice modern touch to finish it off.
