Our customer in Summit, NJ had an available corner space in his basement that he wanted to put to use. He decided to make it a refrigerated wine closet. We came out and gave him our professional advice, took measurements, and ordered all the necessary materials for the project. He wanted it to be as frameless as possible, but still needed it to be efficient for the refrigeration that he planned on installing. We decided to use 1/2″ clear tempered glass for the stationary panels, with dark bronze anodized channels at the top and bottom for the frameless look he was going for. We provided him with a Rebco, Inc. aluminum, storefront style door, as this comes with it’s own framing, weatherstripping, and door saddle to create an airtight seal to keep the refrigeration in, yet has a good amount of visible glass to create the open look he desired. We finished this off with a brushed stainless steel 24” ladder pull handle which is the icing on the cake. A very unique, custom installation from All Class Glass, and another very pleased customer!
